Payment Timing

Service Delivery Timeline
- • Consulting: Determined through coordination with the client
- • Development projects: Executed according to the agreed schedule after contract signing
- • Delivery period: 1 week to 6 months depending on project scope
- • Urgent requests: Handled as promptly as possible (additional fees apply)
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Cancellation Terms
- • Before project start: Full refund (transfer fees borne by client)
- • Before requirements completion: 80% refund
- • During design/development: 60% refund
- • During testing/delivery: 30% refund
- • After delivery completion: No refund
Quality Guarantee
- • Critical defects discovered within 30 days of delivery will be fixed at no charge
- • If the defect cannot be fixed, a full or partial refund will be issued
- • If cancelled at our discretion, the remaining balance excluding work completed will be refunded
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the refund decision. For credit card payments, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 3-10 business days. For bank transfers, the refund will be deposited into the client's designated bank account. Transfer fees are borne by the client.
Delivery Timeline
• Deliverables: Delivered in stages according to the agreed schedule
• Final delivery: Formal delivery upon client acceptance after testing completion
• Delivery method: Electronic delivery via email, cloud storage, GitHub, etc.
• Delivery documents: Source code, documentation, operation manuals, etc.

Information provided by clients is strictly managed and will not be disclosed to third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for damages shall be limited to the contract amount.
Applicable Laws
This disclosure is made pursuant to Article 11 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
All transactions related to this service shall be governed by the laws of Japan, with the Kobe District Court as the exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
